If all the gays in the world...

I get many questions from our many readers: "What inspired you, Marco, to create HappyGayTV?" To be honest, I can't really explain how this idea came to me.

There is no precise moment, nor a precise hour when I decided to create this webTV for gays. I think it was part of me for a very long time. It is the result of a long journey, both professional and personal, two paths that ended up crossing. It's as if on one side there was a sperm and on the other an egg, giving birth to a little baby that we would have called HappyGayTV. A little paradoxical for a gay!

It was something close to my heart, both in my gut and in my head. As if my whole body resonated to push me to carry out this project. A quiet, determined force pushing me in that direction.

It was a long journey, a gestation period of about five years, which led me to a major crossroads, as vast as the Place de l'Etoile in Paris. It was as if all the roads I had taken in my life, since my childhood, had led me to this intersection to take a new direction.

Thinking about it, it seems that my personal journey and my professional background have harmonized to set up this crazy project! As if I had to take this path that the universe had conspired to make me take for a long time.

In taking stock, I realized that my different experiences and skills acquired throughout my professional life had all come together here, now, in the service of this adventure.

From a personal point of view, as a gay man, I was lucky to find a balance, even if it was the result of a long personal journey, despite the fact that the family and social context in which I grew up and evolved was not necessarily ready to accept this reality.

Finally, I said to myself that if I was happy as I am, I could also share my experience with other gay people, while realizing that I was not the only one in this situation on Earth!

I could have simply opened a blog where homosexuals who have succeeded in assuming themselves could exchange experiences. However, I instinctively realized that there was no gay site that really allowed everyone to find answers or ways to flourish, and especially to help those who were really in difficulty, both morally than material.

There was no chain of friendship, mutual aid or solidarity on a world level, which, with our contribution to all, could help the gays to face their problems.

In summary, by parodying the title of a film by Christian-Jaque on radio amateurs in 1956 (If all the guys in the world...), HappyGayTV is a bit like "If all the gays in the world held hands !" By joining forces, we can live our lives to the fullest while being proud to be gay and happy.

That's why I decided to create HappyGayTV, much more than just a blog. It is a dynamic and committed platform, offering a space where everyone can find answers, advice and resources to fully flourish in their sexuality and life in general.

HappyGayTV was born out of my desire to fill a void, to create a supportive and caring community, a place where gay people around the world can support each other. A place where we can share our experiences, our sorrows, our joys, our questions and our successes.

I strongly believe that sharing our stories and journeys can inspire and encourage those who feel lost or isolated. By sharing our experiences, we can show that it is possible to fully accept yourself and live a fulfilling life as gay.

But HappyGayTV is not limited to this. We're here to provide hands-on support, practical resources and essential information. We cover a variety of topics, from health and wellness, to culture and entertainment, to LGBTQ+ rights and social issues.

Our team is made up of professionals and experts, but above all people who understand the challenges and joys of our community. We are committed to providing quality, relevant and inclusive content that addresses the different facets of gay life.

HappyGayTV is not just a webTV, it's a real movement. A movement that celebrates diversity, pride and love. We are determined to make our voices heard, to fight against homophobia and to promote equal rights.
