2. Why is the data collected?

In order to provide you with the best possible experience on the sites published by the SBD Motion Company and in particular, your Data is collected with a view to improving the Site and the Service, the provision of the latter, commercial prospecting , the management of Orders, contracts and disputes and comply with the general data protection regulations (RGPD) and the Data Protection Act in its latest version. 3. What data is collected?

NB: The information requested in the forms available on the Site marked with an asterisk are mandatory and necessary for the management of requests, and failure to answer in a mandatory field will make it impossible for SBD Motion to process the User requests.

4. Who are they for?

Your data is collected by the HappyGayTV Site on behalf of the SBD Motion Company and by our partner Wolféo, the platform that provides all the administrative follow-up of the service (invoice management, emails, deliveries, training and subscription management) .


5. How long are they kept?

Customers' personal data will not be kept beyond the time strictly necessary for the pursuit of the purposes indicated. Certain data making it possible to establish proof of a right or a contract may be subject to an intermediate archiving policy for a period corresponding to the limitation periods and foreclosure of legal or administrative actions likely to arise.
